Maharashtra Nagar Panchayat Election 2022 Results : On Wednesday a big development happened as the single largest party of India that is BJP after winning 384 seats out of 1,649 seats in the recently-held Maharashtra Nagar Panchayat Election 2022. As soon as the result announced by the State Election Committee (SEC), BJP ( Bharti Janta Party) workers and leaders start celebration at BJP state office.
State BJP( Bharti Janta Party) president – Chandrakant Patil is very happy and he claimed that his party BJP has come out as the single largest political strong force in the state and can lead 24 nagar panchayats.
Maharashtra Nagar Panchayat Election 2022 Results:
The state election commission (SEC) on Wednesday evening announced that BJP had won 384 seats.
According to the SEC’s( State Election Committee) announced results –
1. BJP ( Bharti Janta Party) – 384 seats
2. NCP ( Nationalist Congress Party) – 344 seats,
3. The Congress – 316 seats,
4. The Shiv Sena – 284 seats.
5. MNS (Maharashtra Navnirman Sena) -04 seats.
The State Election Commission (SEC) had announced the elections for the 106 Nagar Panchayat in November 2021 and voting took place in 02 phases –
1st phase – on December 21 and
2nd phase – on January 19.
State Election Committee On Wednesday, announced the results of the 97 Nagar Panchayats in 31 districts.
According to the State BJP President- Patil , “The elections were held for 106 nagar panchayats in the Maharashtra state, in which the BJP has won more than 384 seats.
Th success rate for BJP come out as a record breaking being out of power in the state for 26 months only of party workers and local leaders can deliver good results without the support of any government power or resources. The Shiv Sena is struggling to remain in the third or fourth position in these elections.
BJP claims that -“Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray seems to be cares less for his party/party leaders, as they are losing ground across the state.

- Elections were held for a total of 106 Nagar.
- The BJP- has bagged 384 seats,
- NCP -344 seats,
- Congress -316 seats,
- Shiv Sena -284 seats
- while the MNS won- 4 seats.
BJP’s Devendra Fadnavis said that despite on big scale misuse of money and muscle power and government machinery by the MVA, people of Maharashtra firmly stood with BJP shadow in Municipal Council polls.
